Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a new specialist disability employment program funded by the Australian Government and administered by the Department of Social Services. Launched on 1 November 2025, it replaced the previous Disability Employment Services (DES) program to provide more personalised, flexible support for people with disability, injury, or health conditions. IEA places participants at the centre, helping them prepare for work, find meaningful jobs, maintain employment, and grow their careers through tailored job plans, ongoing workplace assistance, and employer partnerships to build inclusive environments. As a selected provider, Sign Hear is proud to deliver these services with our specialised focus on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
